The Drosophila Protein Interaction Mapping project (a.k.a. DPIM) is a collaborative project involving four laboratories: The Spyros Artavanis-Tsakonas laboratory, Steven Gygi's laboratory, Susan Celniker's group, and K. VijayRaghavan's group. The overall goal of the project is to establish a complete, unbiased protein interaction map of the Drosophila melanogaster proteome based on the isolation and mass spectrometric analysis of purified protein complexes associated with individually tagged proteins.
