Fly Proteomics Resource

Susan Celniker’s group at BDGP has transferred over 7,000 high-quality Drosophila Gold Collection ORFs into a universal donor vector to serve as the primary resource for high-throughput proteomics applications. A large subset of these has been cloned into pUAST-CFLAGHA-BD-PHI. 

K. VijayRaghavan group and the fly facility at NCBS have generated stable transgenic lines that will allow regulated expression of proteins with C-terminal FLAG-HA tags using specific Gal4 drivers.
